The South Pointe neighborhood was one of the first neighborhoods established in the late 90s. South Pointe is a relatively small neighborhood consisting of 66 homes built by Sivage Thomas Homes.
As you enter the Ventana Ranch community from Paseo del Norte Blvd, South Pointe is one of the first neighborhoods to the east on the north side of Ventana Ranch Road.
The neighborhood is located in the southeast corner of the community off Ventana Ranch Rd. NW & Southpointe Dr NW. South Pointe is north of the Sommerset neighborhood and Teresina neighborhood.
The Albuquerque public bus stop (162) is located only a 1/2 mile away on Rainbow Blvd between Paseo del Norte & Ventana Ranch Rd.
Country Hills Park is located only .02 miles from the neighborhood. There is a 2.2 mile walking/jogging trail that circles the inner section of the Ventana Ranch community.
